Professionals at this level have excellent communication skills with clients, co-workers and community entities. Some of the duties are:

• Works with client in addressing mental health and substance use symptoms.
• Develops care coordination plan with the client
• Coordinates services, resources, and information with client
• Interacts with primary care providers, behavioral health providers and other social service providers to make needed connections for services
• Provide referral and coordination for issues which may interfere with therapy attendance
• Display a comfort level in working with stressful individual/family dynamics
• Strives to make connections between the agency and the larger community
• Provide direct intake/assessment of client’s presenting problem and barriers to recovery

Compensation: starting at $19.74 per hour (wage is increased upon number of years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
