Position Summary:
The Payroll Specialist will process twice monthly payroll and maintain employee time records for Hearthstone at Murrayhill and Hearthstone of Beaverton. Responsible for assisting with the administration of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Timeclock management
- Twice monthly payroll processing
- New hire data entry and timeclock setup
- Termination processing
- Benefit administration and tracking
- Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes
- Enroll employees with insurance carriers and process life status changes
- Assist with the administration and tracking of the Education and Wellness program and employee bonus programs
- COBRA reporting
- UI Claim reporting
- Garnishment processing
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll and benefits in a positive manner consistent with Hearthstones mission to serve with love, respect, and integrity
- May assist with training of payroll systems
- Work collaboratively with managers
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
28 hours per week
