HEARTH & HOME TECHNOLOGIES is Hiring a Supply Chain Analyst 2 Near Lake, MN
- A Supply Chain Analyst will spend about 60% of the time on project related work, 20% of the time on participating in root cause analysis, and the remaining 20% of time on monitoring/analyzing data. As an analyst gains skills and experience, the complexity of the work evolves which warrants the higher-level projects and involvement.
- Manage projects related to continuous improvement activities across value chain.
- Monitor and analyze network data related to capacity, scheduling, production, distribution, transportation and customer contact to identify opportunities for network optimization and standardization
- Establish root cause and troubleshoot existing network problems
- Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
- At least 4 Year Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Value Chain, Engineering, or Transportation/Logistics.
- At least 3 years’ experience in various roles including but not limited to scheduling, customer service, distribution, transportation, and operations.
- Prior experience as a Supply Chain Analyst preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge and experience implementing Lean Tools.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effectively utilizes problem solving, root cause analysis, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated successful negotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent collaborative and influencing/negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products and ERP systems.
- Ability to influence across levels and functions of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, to build strong teams, and to interact with all organizational levels.
- Ability to evaluate, select, and implement practical business solutions.
- Strong technical project management skills with the ability to coordinate, manage, and ensure the success of value chain initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to own an initiative and drive successful results.
