Machine Operator- 1st shift

Hours: 6am-4:30pm M-Th, OT as needed on Friday
Starting rate of pay: $20.00/hr based on skills and experience.

Our Machine Operators are responsible for:

• Set up and operation of various machines.
• Performing basic machine set up.
• Load/unload, and manufacture of programmed parts
• Disassembly and assembly of machines
• Maximize efficiencies in changeover necessary regarding tools, equipment, jigs, carts, etc.
• The ability to complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule.
• Adherence to all quality standards by producing products which align with the print specifications is critical to this position.
