Heart to Heart Home Care is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Elmer, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals
- Provide direct support and assistance to clients in various settings (e.g., home, school, community)
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including parents/guardians, teachers, and other professionals
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification is required
- Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
