Heart to Heart’s Behavioral Health team is dedicated and growth-minded group of professionals. Our ABA Division of Behavioral Supports offers high quality services and care to our clients. Heart to Heart is looking for collaborative minded individuals seeking to join our expanding ABA team.
Position Title: BCBA
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
BCBA Qualifications:
·BCBA certification and good standing with BACB
·Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum
Position Responsibilities for BCBA:
·He/she is detail oriented, dependable, has excellent clinical competence and clinical judgment, excels at working in a multidisciplinary team environment, and supports the vision of the company
·Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis·
·Oversees and monitors the intake and continuing assessment process
·Coordinates and evaluates assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client’s treatment plan
·Develops repertoire so that trainings with parents will be successful
·Implements the program curricula
·Client’s treatment is updated regularly as needed
·Trains and supervises behavior technicians
·Prepares annual reports regarding program effectiveness
·Coordinate care with other related service providers and medical professionals for the client
