Edgewood Health and Rehabilitation is an 87 bed facility that supports short-term rehabilitation, long term care and a secure dementia unit with PAC certified independent trainers available on staff.
This position assists the Director of Nursing and ADON in day-to-day clinical operations, supervising direct care staff, participates in the facility IDT meetings, care conferences, and completes staff competencies.
