As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:

- Supervising and coordinating all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality control standards.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary.
