Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role within our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of bookkeeping, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining general ledger accounts
- Recording financial transactions
- Reconciling bank statements
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing payroll
- Generating financial reports
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording of financial data
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (Quickbooks, Zoho Books)
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a part-time role supporting two of our businesses. The hours are flexible and will flex up or down as required to fulfill the needs of the job.
