Voyage Medical Primary Care Office Manager

Voyage Medical is a Primary Care in Mesa. Its location is on Alma School and Southern. Voyage Medical is a value driven organization that believes in giving patients hope and hospitality through exceptional service. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a Team player who puts the Team and Patient first. Someone who is skilled, yet gentle. Someone who is resilient, yet flexible. We are looking for someone whose values line up with Voyage Medical’s Core Values. Our aim is to have the Primary Care see 50 patients per day. At the end of 1 year: If meeting KPIs and meeting expectations or above on annual reviews, this position would receive an additional $3,000 bonus.

Responsibilities: Must have experience in the following:

• Participating in the hiring process of Team Members assigned by HR
• Manage a Team of multiple providers, medical professionals, receptionists, research coordinators, and other team members
• Understand Medical Billing
• Has experience with Credentialing
• Ensuring patients would be educated and facilitated into Clinical Research
• Working with multiple departments including billing, marketing, Clinical Research Department and Corporate
• Opening and closing duties
• Updating AZDHS binder monthly
• Organizing Team Member schedules and assignments
• Maintaining and ordering office and medical supplies
• Scheduling patients
• Creating strategy to follow up and remind patients of visits
• Using a variety of EMRs
• Training Team Members on the proper flow of a clinic
• Working with a variety of Medical Professionals
• Being proficient in Technology (typing, using Google Suites, using EMRs)
• Cultivating relationships with patients to ensure that they are consistently arriving on time to appointments
• Cultivating relationships with the Marketing Team so that patient scheduling is reaching 40 to 50 patients a day

Good to Have:

• Medical Background such as being a Medical Assistant or Nurse
• Experience in Credentialing
• That you have worked with a variety of Providers and Medical Professionals simultaneously
• Having been part of an environment that saw over 20 patients a day

EXPERIENCE:

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of manager experience - must be in healthcare environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This is a field position, and requires being on site. The expectation is that the Primary Care Manager will be in one of Voyage Medical’s Primary Care clinics every day. It will begin at the Alma School and Southern location. The expectation is for the second clinic to open at the end of 2024.
• Travel between the Primary Care and Corporate locations is required as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

Salary : $62,000 per year. At the end of 1 year: If meeting KPIs and meeting expectations or above on annual reviews, this position would receive an additional $3,000 bonus and a Salary Increase to $74,500
