Our care team consists of physicians, registered nurses, and Pharm D. Our team-based care approach allows us to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and multidisciplinary care to a shared panel of patients for higher quality care and better outcomes.
Qualifications:

• Experience as an NP in primary care, required
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• FNP designation with eligibility for AZ license
• Patient focused, friendly and willing to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
