Voyage Medical Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner - Full Time

Voyage Medical is a Primary Care in Mesa. Its location is on Alma School and Southern. Voyage Medical is a value driven organization that believes in giving patients hope and hospitality through exceptional service. We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Responsibilities: Must have experience in the following:

• Provide Comprehensive Care
• Diagnose and Treat Health Conditions
• Managing Chronic Disease
• Develop Management Plans
• Refer Patients to Specialists
• Immunizations
• Screening tests
• Phlebotomy
• Excellent communication

Good to Have:

• That you have worked with a variety of Providers and Medical Professionals simultaneously
• Having been part of an environment that saw over 20 patients a day
• Fluent in Spanish
• Looking for that next opportunity to grow and excel

EXPERIENCE:

• Family Nurse Practitioner License
• 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in Primary Care

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This is a field position, and requires being on site.
• Travel between the Primary Care and Corporate locations is required as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
