Job Summary:
The Front Office Receptionist will help the patient's experience including the treatment of patients.
Responsibilities:
· Greet patients & visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner & direct to the appropriate area.
· Have a professional, courteous demeanor, be very well organized, and have a strong ability to multi-task.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Check-in/ Check-out patients in a timely manner, scheduling follow up as necessary.
· Create new files and enter pertinent information into software.
· Request all medical records and upload them into the system.
· Document all activity in the system.
· Scan/ file patient documents into the system post office visit.
· Check incoming faxes and file into the system.
· Maintaining a calendar to ensure all deadlines are met.
· Ensure all money coming in and out is accounted for daily.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Strong computer skills and knowledge of internet software, and Microsoft processing software
· Detail oriented and organized.
· Flexible and reliable
· Professional attitude, patience and kindness in all interactions
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Not required but encouraged.
Experience:
· Patient check-in/check-out experience preferred.
· Customer service experience preferred.
· Insurance knowledge preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
