We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial concepts and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Process journal entries and maintain financial records
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Preparing and filing financial documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and financial concepts
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and manage accounts receivable
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Excellent data entry skills
- An eye for detail
- The ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to communicate complex data in a clear way
