HealthyMD is seeking a very experienced Vice President of Clinical Operations. This person will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the clinical operations with development and processes of the Test & Treat, Prep, nPEP and Sexually Transmitted Disease to ensures that the clinics are managed and performing efficiently and effectively. The VP of Clinical Operations will implement efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization’s operations division.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
• Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision.
• Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
• Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
• Establishes and administers the department’s budget.
• Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership.
• Lead and participate in regulatory audits, site visits; Identify potential opportunities in the health field to ensure HealthyMD is providing best practice standards of service.

• Ensure the 24-hour PrEP, nPEP, STD & Test & Treat phones are answered in a timely manner and client’s questions are answered appropriately.
• Attend all leadership meetings to ensure all departments are meeting their monthly data goals.
•  Monitor employees work product, performance and investigative activities through observational interviews, counseling sessions and field investigations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• At least 5 years of strong clinical leadership role (CNO/ VP of Clinical Ops, etc).
• Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in both internal and external practices.
• Knowledgeable of healthcare, HIV, and other health concerns; psychosocial effects; and systems of care. Understanding of advocacy and policy issues related to HIV.
• 2 years of Disease Intervention or related field and/or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 years of extensive working knowledge of STD’s/HIV/Solid knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and telehealth.
• Knowledge of 500/501 HIV test and treat practices/ Hepatitis Testing
• Strong knowledge of PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis)
• Highly organized and a proven strategic thinker with ability to engage and motivate teams
