Job Summary and Qualifications

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for selecting items and other containers of medical products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.

• Safely identifies, locates, and pulls product based on daily production orders
• Uses technology such as handheld scanners and printers to perform and complete the picking process.
• Follows all standard work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Fulfill functions as a colleague within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company
• Performs safety check on pallet jack / forklift to be used and ensure that all other safety devices are functioning properly
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines
• Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required
• Utilizes a 5S and Lean approach to continuously improve day to day operational duties while identifying opportunities to improve processes
• All other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

• High School diploma or GED - Required
• 5 years’ experience in a receiving function
