Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides janitorial and housekeeping support for offices, warehouse, print shop, break room, and restroom areas. Additional training will be provided for supporting the Repackaging Clean Room and CPS Manufacturing Clean Room. Additional tasks will be identified for special occasions.

Major Responsibilities:

• Uses appropriate equipment to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in all areas.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums warehouse, hallways, stairs, restrooms and office spaces.
• Empties trash and garbage containers. Assists in breaking down cardboard boxes when necessary.
• Assists in maintaining equipment and providing a clean, safe work environment.
• May submit requisitions for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assists in identifying cleaning needs for the various areas of the facility.
• May clean snow and debris from sidewalk.
• Operates floor scrubber as requested.
• Notifies a member of the Management Team concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• All Other Duties as Assigned.
• Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate/Equivalent - Preferred
• Experience with completing minor maintenance tasks preferred
• Good oral and interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible in handling a variety of responsibilities.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups.
• Ability to reach and lift supplies and boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
