Job Summary
The IT Manager leads the IT department. They ensure cost effective, reliable, and appropriate health IT software, systems, and operation. The IT Manager also ensures productive relationships with relevant technology vendors to identify and acquire cost conscious, effective, and reliable software, hardware, services, and licenses.
**Must have healthcare experience and an understanding of HIPAA**
Summary of Essential Job Functions
o Ensure service issues and requests are identified, followed through, communicated, and
completed effectively.
o Provide technical support across the company (in-person, online, and/or via phone).
o User, group, role, and enterprise domain provisioning, configuration, and
documentation
o Manage hosted and cloud infrastructure.
