We are hiring for a Librarian for a local company in Twinsburg, Ohio.
Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree. Prior experience as a Librarian preferably (Information Science)
•_ Under supervision of the Library Administrator, provide administrative support related to tasks associated with the agency's backfile project._
•_ Working knowledge of Outlook to email staff with questions/clarification and save documents. _
•_ Purges records in accordance with applicable document retention schedules. _
•_ Ability to merge, insert pages using adobe._
•_ Prep and scan individual documents using a high-speed scanner._
•_ Sweep document into Unity Client._
•_ Identify indexing information (metadata). _
•_ QA ingested document._

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
