Were continuing down the path of high growth and high impact, and this role is a key member of the Finance Team making that happen.Your impact.Compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing as directedAbility to execute complex bills in a timely mannerOwn the process of collecting, maintaining, and initiating our ACH draws for customer payment collectionFollowing up on declined payments and resolving financial discrepanciesCollaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for billing purposesAddress invoice issues, reconciling financial data, and maintaining client invoicing portalsCoordinate collections efforts with appropriate internal and external contactsProvide financial information and problem solve while adhering to established policies and proceduresCreate an emphasis on customer experience with error free billing and quick turnaround resolving discrepanciesNotify and make recommendations to the manager for issues that arise or opportunities for improvementResponsible for all internal reporting requests related to the specific segments of invoicing to be owned by this roleAct as the liaison between business partners to ensure accuracy in revenue share remittancesYour experience.Experience in the technical aspects of billing and collections required (medical claims billing experience a plus)Advance ability to work with large data sets in excelCreative problem solving abilities coupled with resourcefulnessExperience with ERP systems (QuickBooks online and NetSuite)An eye for the details and the ability to deliver accurate output in a timely mannerStrong organizational skills and comfort with managing multiple work streamsBasic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)A champion for data accuracy and quality for the Accounting teamFamiliarity with online banking platforms (NACHA files specifically)Salesforce experience is a plus!Total Rewards Job Level: 20HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes.
