Description
Healthier Mississippi Collaborative (HMC) is searching for a highly-motivated, hands-on Payroll Administrator. This is a newly created position that emanated from our need to establish an HR function in a newly launched venture. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a fast-paced and complex work environment, demonstrates a high aptitude to thoroughly analyze challenges, has a proven ability to develop innovative, creative solutions, and has experience with both payroll and benefits administration. You will have daily exposure to the management within our client organizations – with an opportunity to learn the business quickly and make a serious impact. This position reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the overall administration of the payroll process, with periodic benefits administration responsibilities. This position will allow for great input in the development and execution of human resources strategies, policies, and procedures. This is a premier opportunity for a self-starter looking to assume greater responsibility and to demonstrate capacity to assume greater responsibility within the company.
