As a Sr Product Owner, you are charged with leading one or multiple scrum teams to deliver critical, complex and strategic outcomes. The Sr Product Owner will work closely with Product Manager and other Product Owners to enable the success of the Program and HF by helping develop achievable well thought out product roadmaps for your team(s).
Duties & Responsibilities:Partnership with product manager to develop product vision and delivery roadmap for team; prioritization
Create and refine Epics, Features and User stories for team to deliver
Influences key stakeholders and senior leadership and secures buy in to opportunities reflected on the product roadmap
Communicate outcomes, risks and dependencies clearly and on time to support impediment resolution and ensure quality delivery
Provide mentorship to other Product Owners
Understanding the business they support
Be responsible for conveying business outcomes and need to scrum team
Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :More than two years’ experience working in an agile development environment as a Product Owner running a complex team focused on strategic initiatives
Proven ability to lead a team through the development of complex ideas, influence with and without authority, challenge the status quo, and support an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement
Experience in understanding and translating vague business requirements into written Epics, Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and tied to business outcomes
Experience in developing product vision and roadmaps
Experience defining and quantifying business value associated to improvement opportunities; leveraging the information to drive a business case
Understanding and proven experience with Agile practices and expectations
Experience in delivering complex and strategic solutions from requirements understanding all the way through change management and achievement of quantitative business value
Must be a strategic thinker but able to execute at a tactical level
Experience in communicating risks and dependencies clearly with all impacted parties
HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical subject matter to nontechnical audiences at multiple organizational levels internally and externally
Strong experimental mindset to drive innovation amongst uncertainty
SAFE Certification as a PO
Experience in mentoring other product owners
Strong team work, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to effectively manage issues and complex situations

Hiring Range*:Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $119,900 - $183,430
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $102,600 - $156,655
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
