Healthcare Therapy Services is Hiring a Physical Therapist - PRN Near South Bend, IN
Description
HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team at our partner continuing care retirement facility located in South Bend, Indiana. The primary role of the PT in this position will be to conduct evaluations, progress notes/recerts and discharges on a PRN basis. A full time or part time position is also available at this location.
PRN with HTS is very flexible; work only when your availability aligns with our staffing needs.
Licensed new grads are welcome to apply!
Other locations: New Carlisle, Plymouth, Goshen, Winona Lake
Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
