Description
HTS is currently hiring a Physical Therapist for a position at a continuing care retirement facility located in South Bend, Indiana. The primary role of the PT in this position will be to evaluate and treat patients Monday to Friday, approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. We can also consider part time, 3 flexible days per week. We are open to considering a PT or a PTA for this position.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
