Healthcare Support is Hiring a Pharmacist Manager Near Londonderry, NH
- Leverage operating policies, procedures and process to ensure operational excellence (5 R?s).
- Optimize cost management in line with script counts.
- In coordination with the General Manager, serve as primary owner for Band III accounts, and facility owner for Band I and II accounts in assigned geography. Drive organic growth and mitigate risk with existing customer relationships. Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with appropriate regional leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales to drive deal closures and organic growth.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Consultant Pharmacists and appropriate corporate functions to meet overall site goals and objectives. Evaluate the overall results of operations; regularly and systematically report the results to the GM and/or VPO.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 12pm- 8:30pm
- Length: 2 month contract position
- Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing in NH
- Proficient in the area of clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions and allergies
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy
- Knowledgeable about long term care regulations (OBRA, OSHA, state laws and other federal laws) that have an impact upon both pharmacy and Center operations preferred
