Medical Assistant
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Assistant to fill an opening with a well-know Primary Care Provider in Arlington, TX!
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Assistant :
- Vital signs
- Manual blood pressure
- Documentation (i.e. : chief complaints)
- EMR experience (preferred, not required)
- Preventative care knowledge, like imaging and screenings
- Medication knowledge
- Lab knowledge (i.e. : orders and reporting results)
- Shift : Monday Friday; 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Required Qualifications for Medical Assistant :
- High school / GED required
- 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Assistant
- Long tenures in job history (at least 1-2 jobs with 1.5-2 years tenure)
- Need to have some phlebotomy experience along with injections / vaccines will be doing around 15-20 per day
