HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Home Health RN / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a well-known post-acute care organization in healthcare services in Queens, NY.
Daily Responsibilities for Home Health RN / Registered Nurse:
- Perform initial patient assessments for admissions and skilled care in patient homes
- Completes documentation accurately, and submit in a timely manner
- Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm
- RN License or higher
- 1 years of RN experience
- Prior home health, med/ surg, or OASIS experience is preferred
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- Generous PTO package (20 PTO, 7 sick, 5 personals, and 7 holidays)
