Clinical Nurse Trainer
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Clinical Nurse Trainer to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare company in the Bronx, New York.
Daily Responsibilities for Clinical Nurse Trainer:

• Develop and conduct continuing education programs for clinical staff, including orientation for new hires and ongoing training on EMR and organizational policies.
• Coordinate and conduct mandatory in-services for all staff, ensuring attendance and compliance.
• Support nursing staff through field visits, competency assessments, and participation in quality improvement projects and committees.

Required Qualifications for Clinical Nurse Trainer:

• Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing (BSN)
• Must have a Active and clear NY State Registered Nurse License
• Minimum 5 years or more experience conducting training classes or an Education Coordinator in healthcare facility.
• Candidate must have excellent written and computer skills.

Pay Details:

• Pay Details: $114,000-$128,000 yearly
