HealthCare Support Staffing is Hiring a Remote Remote RN Case Manager
- The Remote RN Case Manager will be conducting comprehensive assessments of members health needs.
- The Remote RN Case Manager will be developing personalized care plans based on members needs and input.
- The Remote RN Case Manager will be providing member education.
- The Remote RN Case Manager will be making outbound calls and taking inbound calls and will spend most of their day on the phone reaching out to members.
- This will be a Contract Role (3 months with potential to extend), schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time.
- Active State RN License in the State of Oregon is required.
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience as an RN required.
- 1 year of telephonic case management experience
- Experience doing clinical assessments.
- Ability to work from home (Strong internet connection, private work space, and smart phone)
- TruCare or Vrtual Health Experience
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
