Regional Director, Surgical Operations - CRCST/CSPDTHealthCare Support is seeking a Regional Director, Surgical Operations - CRCST/CSPDT to fill an opening with a company that provides non-surgical services for surgical procedures and sterile processing departments to hospitals.Looking for a new opportunity within this industry but this isn’t it? Lead a field team of technicians and managers to ensure company goals are met and drive safety and service quality improvement efforts
Manage Account CRM for all hospitals and serve as a liaison with sales & marketing
Retain and increase technology adoption at or above 98%
Travel: Up to 90% traveling doing site visits

Required Qualifications for Regional Operations Director :

A minimum of some college required
Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare, account management, or related area
Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to effectively build teams and direct the work of others
Ability to anticipate needs quickly and accurately, and appropriately respond
Experience with Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel

Preferred Qualifications for Regional Operations Director :

Bachelor’s degree
Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certification

Pay Details:

$125,000 - $140,000 annually
