Pharmacy Billing Coordinator

HealthCare Support is actively seeking Pharmacy Billing Coordinator to fill an opening with a large Specialty Pharmacy in the Altamonte Springs, FL area.

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacy Billing Coordinator:

• Review patient account files
• Prepares and reviews billings to be submitted to primary/secondary insurance carriers and/or Medicare/MediCal.
• Collects and decreases assigned Accounts Receivable focusing on high value accounts.
• Monday- Friday/Onsite

Required Qualifications for Pharmacy Billing Coordinator:

• Requires a H.S. diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 year of recent Pharmacy/Medical Billing OR 2 years of Pharmacy Claims experience

Preferred Qualifications for Pharmacy Billing Coordinator:

• Specialty Pharmacy Billing
• Pharmacy Billing
• Medicare part B billing experience
• ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding knowledge
• Experience with Enterprise Rx system - Publix uses this!
• Medical office experience

Pay Details: $16.92 - $21.15/hour
