HealthCare Support Staffing is Hiring a Patient Registration Rep Near Latrobe, PA

Are you an experienced Patient Registration Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Obtain patient demographic information and update system
Collect signatures on required forms
Calculate and collect payments
Schedules patient appointments utilizing scheduling software tools
Provides testing instructions to assure smooth services
Secures authorization and referral if applicable
Greets the customer in a polite and professional manner whether face - to - face or on the phone
Responds to customer issues and considers customer in all decision-making processes to ensure a positive experience

Requirements:

HS Diploma/GED
1 years customer service experience (restaurant / hospitality translates well) OR 1 year technical partner experience (lab techs work well because they have experience reading scripts / order; CNA, etc works too)
Comfortable working in hospital / medical facility

*Manager is willing to train on the healthcare / insurance side, but candidates must have great customer service skills, proficient typing / computer skills, ability to stand and walk around for entire shift, and work in fast paced environment with sense of urgency.
