RN Director of Education and Training
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a RN Director of Education and Training to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare company in the Bronx, New York.

Daily Responsibilities for RN Director of Education and Training:

Assess company-wide training needs and arrange suitable solutions.
Manage education programs, mentorship, and staff development initiatives.
Develop, oversee, and enhance training programs to meet regulatory requirements.
Shift: M-F 8:30PM - 5:30PM

Benefits for RN Director of Education and Training:

Permanent and Full Time
NO Weekends, NO Overnights, NO Holidays
Monday-Friday schedule
Full Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
HAS/FSA
28 days PTO and 9 paid holidays

Required Qualifications for RN Director of Education and Training:

Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing (BSN)
Must have a Active and clear NY State Registered Nurse License
Minimum 5 years or more experience conducting training classes or an Education Coordinator in healthcare facility.

Pay Details:

Pay Details: $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 yearly
