We are looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our practice in Reno, NV. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a Physical therapist looking for either part time or full-time work. Duties:

• Perform initial exams/consultations and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Evaluate patients and collaborate with medical personnel and other team members to create the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes possible.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, take-home stretches and exercises, and the benefits of continued care
• Effectively and continuously educate pts about the need for and progress through their care plans
• Supervise and advise patients on exercises, and rehab
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the integrated team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care- Engage in effective communication with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a remarkable patient experience
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapy license in NV
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients
• Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their goals
• Understand, align, and communicate our mission, vision, and values

Schedule:

• Full time or Part time
• Monday - Thursday

Salary (range):

• $110,000-$130,000 based on experience
