Physical Therapist Prescott Valley, AZ

We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Prescott Valley, AZ. We have state of the art clinics, in Prescott and Prescott Valley, and the incoming PT may provide coverage at either location. Ideally, the incoming Physical Therapist has orthopedic/Manual therapy experience or focus, and aquatic experience would be a plus. We are seeking with a PT with a passion for providing great care, someone with a sense of accountability, trust, and humility.

Duties:

• Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
• Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include manual therapy, exercise progressions, joint mobilization, dry needling, aquatics, vertigo treatment, modern modalities, balance and fall risk, and activities of daily living
• Compose discharge notes for patients, refer to appropriate outside sources, as necessary
• Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
• Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit, and progress reports
• Collaboration with the other PTs, PTAs, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
• Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice
• Billing according to standard guidelines as well as office procedures. 
• Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude

Requirements:

• Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• PT License in AZ

Schedule:

• Full time
• Flexible 4-10s or 5-8s

Compensation:

• $75k-$88k per year (DOE)
