Chiropractor Arlington, TX (20 miles W of Dallas)Up to $140k (by year 2)Ownership Potential!We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Arlington, TX as our clinic director. Our state-of-the-art clinic is situated between Dallas and Fort Worth, making it a convenient location for most in the area! We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients of all ages, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a skilled chiropractor with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others, energetic, and loves to educate and promote chiropractic care! Must have at least 5 years in clinical practice as a DC and be comfortable running an office.As a Clinic Director/ Chiropractor at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to lead our office in Arlington, contributing to the growth and success of our practice, with professional growth and ownership potential.About us:We are wellness Chiropractic clinic, focusing on families, and have been doing so for decades! Thriving practice with a steady flow of patients and a supportive administrative team!Duties:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Thompson, Ak, chiropractic biophysics, diversified, rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with and lead the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Leading group discussions and educational sessions about chiropractic care and its benefits.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clinic and services.
- Assisting with community outreach events and workshops to raise awareness about chiropractic care.
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in TX
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chiropractor, with a strong understanding of various chiropractic techniques.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and ability to effectively promote chiropractic care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Must be comfortable with Thompson and Drop tables
- Full time
- $90k-$140k (depending on experience and up to $140k by the second year of practice
