How YOU will make a Difference:

The Learning & Development Designer will partner to design, deliver, and administer L&D programs while assessing both job-specific training needs as well as organizational needs.

What YOU will do:

Design in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360
Facilitate virtual instructor-led training using multiple technologies, including PowerPoint, etc.
Create, edit, and publish video content with voice-over (either AI or self)
Collaborate with leaders to develop job-specific training to support a culture of excellence
Partner with internal SMEs to design, deliver, track, and measure training
In collaboration with the Chief People Officer, deliver on the L&D strategy for the organization
Independently manage several L&D education programs
Develop and manage the learning portal for HMA and other learning technologies.

Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
High degree of accountability and desire to drive for results
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Instructional Design and eLearning

Expertise in adult learning theory and application
Comprehensive experience administering LMS
Strong expertise in creating content using multiple technologies, including Articulate 360, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Collaborative and systematic approach
Team player
Willing to do what needs to be done!

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $78,000- $87,000 and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.
