Healthcare Linen Services Group is Hiring a Sales & Service Assistant Near Shelbyville, KY
POSITION SUMMARY
Assist Sales and Service Departments with various tasks including data entry, mailings, copying/scanning, and filing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage and maintain all service agreements for renewals
- Assist Service department with renewals – some local travel required
- Assist Service department with keying of daily work orders
- Manage and maintain customer surveys
- Assist Sales and Service departments in the set up and the installation of new accounts
- Assist Sales department with various request /Sales Force Administrator
- Update and maintain Sales boards and posters
- Scan surveys received by Customer Service Coordinator to Staff and file in customer files in front office
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Work closely with all department members and managers to promote harmony between all departments
