ABOUT THIS ROLE

This customer service position works 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

As an Auto Repair Service Advisor, you play a critical role in our success by effectively connecting customers with our excellent automotive services. You interact with clients as they call and visit our shop, answering all their questions, scheduling appointments, and assisting them while upholding a cheerful attitude.

As needed, you generate estimates for repairs, order more parts, and keep our clients updated on their vehicle's progress. You also inform the customer about any recommended services and encourage them to go through with the additional work. You love helping others and feel great about how your contributions positively impact our success!
