HealthBridge is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

We are a leading provider of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) solutions. We're looking for passionate individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of patients.

As an RPM/CCM Patient Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our patient base by guiding patients through the enrollment process. By using a consultative enrollment process, the Enrollment Specialist educates patients about HealthBridge services via telephone and electronic communication. You'll be the go-to person for explaining the benefits of our RPM and CCM programs, making sure that patients understand how these programs can improve their health. You will develop relationships with prospects and patients. You will be required to follow up with prospective patients via outbound calling, texts, and emails.

  • Conduct outreach to prospective patients to articulate the features and benefits of RPM and CCM services.
  • Build ongoing, lasting relationships with HealthBridge prospects and patients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Focus on growth and retention of patients in support of Company goals.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing events and collaborate on outreach strategies.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation for enrollment
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary medical records and data
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and update patient statuses
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the enrollment process
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations
  • Promote new patient acquisition through provider and community partner referrals.
  • Support company growth through enhancing and increasing patient enrollment.
  • Maintain patient satisfaction driving retention of HealthBridge patients.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, medical sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in using CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
