About the Position

• Medical Delivery Technicians are responsible for delivering, setting up, picking up, and troubleshooting Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Deliver and install Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in a safe and timely manner.
• Provides delivery, pick up, and maintenance of all types of home medical equipment and medical supplies.
• Safe operation, organization and maintenance of a company-owned vehicle.
• Educates patients, family members, and caregivers on proper and safe use of equipment.
• Minor repair and equipment troubleshooting.
• Thorough and accurate completion of all paperwork, trip logs, and van inventory checklist.
• Organizes and maintains equipment according to company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid state issued driver’s license in the state where the employee works, required.
• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of delivery/customer service or related experience, preferred.
• Must have Clean Driving Record and pass Background Check.
• Must be 21 years of age to meet the coverage requirements of companies auto insurance.
