Temp to Hire Position in Brockport, NY Area - Pay Rate $17.50/hr.

Overview: Responsible for testing and troubleshooting for various computer/electronic equipment for potential resale.

Qualifications:

• Technical experience related to computer technology.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to test and properly diagnose/troubleshoot various electronic equipment.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment: Warehouse/Production environment

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily testing of product deemed to be sales worthy by the manager
• Must be able to exercise judgment to ensure all final products meet our customer requirements.
• Responsible for delivering a quality product to the resale channels.
• Must remove all asset tags.
• Ensure that data storing devices/drives are removed and replaced with drives that have undergone our data sanitation procedure.
• Responsible for accurately logging technical specifications into appropriate inventory fields.
• Responsible for properly disposing/recycling any non-conforming products through the appropriate channels.
• Responsible for ensuring all inventoried products are assigned to the proper storage locations.

Other Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized work/storage area. Additional duties not listed above that management deems necessary for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
