This activity is conducted towards the goal of growing Health Partners Medicare Advantage plan enrollment while adhering to all mandates outlined in the CMS marketing and compliance guidelines and the company policies and procedures. As the Phone Benefits Advisor, your daily duties may include: The Phone Benefits Advisor (PBA) is responsible for answering inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries to convert them into leads and members.Educate beneficiaries on HPM benefits and sell them the value that our products can bring to them.Meet sales goalsExecute outbound call lists as assigned to grow our membershipBe a contributing member of the HPM sales team by achieving personal sales goals, being a team player, and assisting colleagues, including brokers, as needed.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Qualifications Minimum of High School Diploma. Some college preferredMust have excellent knowledge of and understanding of CMS marketing guidelines; MA sales experience; Call center experienceMust be able to pass and maintain annual HPP and AHIP certifications. Current AHIP certification is a plus.Current PA Health Insurance LicenseMust be able to attend sales meetings and training as required. Skills, We Value: Goal-oriented, personable, cheerful, people pleaser, empathetic and patient. Ability to build a genuine rapport with Medicare BeneficiariesMust have excellent verbal and written communications skills; PC navigational skills; Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Ability to learn new PC applications; SalesForce and Connecture experience a plus
