Health Connect America is Hiring a Client Support Specialist - Atlanta, GA Near Atlanta, GA

At Health Connect America/Georgia HOPE, we are dedicated to making connections happen every day by cultivating growth, belonging, and wellness for our teammates, while providing meaningful mental health and behavioral health services to our community.

 What will I be doing?

  • Collaborate with Therapist, in order to help clients meet identified goals
  • Provide skills-based services to clients and families (i.e. coping skills education, skills training, etc.)
  • Help link clients and families to community resources 

 Am I a good fit?

  • Successful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families
  • A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you to have control over your session planning 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time well 
  • Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals 
  • Ability to navigate online electronic medical record system (CareLogic)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency employees
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services-related field OR 2 or more years of related experience
