En este puesto, reportarás al Director de Transporte y serás responsable de planificar y optimizar las rutas de transporte para nuestro equipo de conductores con el fin de asegurar un transporte eficiente de pacientes. Habilidades analíticas sólidas, excelente comunicación y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas son esenciales para tener éxito en esta posición.
Responsabilidades:
- Coordinar y programar actividades de transporte, incluyendo recogidas y entregas de pacientes.
- Optimizar las rutas de transporte para asegurar la puntualidad en las llegadas de los pacientes a sus citas.
- Utilizar sistemas de gestión de transporte (TMS) para rastrear vehículos y gestionar datos logísticos.
- Mantener una comunicación constante con los conductores para brindar apoyo y dirección.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones de transporte y estándares de seguridad.
Experiencia:
- Experiencia comprobada en logística y transporte de pacientes.
- Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de transporte (TMS) y sistemas CRM.
- Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas con enfoque en el análisis de causa raíz.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar en un entorno acelerado.
