Responsibilities include:

Basic accounting functions

Payroll processing

Prompt data entry for employee information in to appropriate system

Maintains proper records, files, and receipts in regard to payroll process

Assists with orientation of new employees

Other duties as assigned by Administrator

Experience/Qualifications:

Experience with payroll processing as well as general knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks

Experience in Budget Implementation preferred

Analytical problem-solving skills
