Health Care Associates (HCA) and Community Care Givers (CCG) is premier home health care agency in the Greater Grand Rapids area. “Care” is our middle name and we take pride in having provided exemplary care for a variety of service areas for over 40 years. Our clients’ needs range from home maker services to total care and rehabilitation assistance for those with Traumatic Brain Injuries and Spinal Cord Injuries. We also offer skilled Medicare services (PT, OT, SLP and Nursing) as well as private duty nursing, including a pediatric division.
