Health & Harmony Animal Hospital has an opportunity for a full time/experienced Client Care Specialist to join our team!
Are you an energetic person who is highly organized, likes staying busy and enjoys working with people? Health & Harmony Animal Hospital, centrally located in Columbus, is looking for a Client Care Specialist. Health & Harmony uniquely blends western & eastern medicine for an integrative approach to treat illness and maintain optimal health through all stages of life. We view our clients and their companion animals as our family. This makes patient care, client education and open communication a top priority among our doctors and staff members. We are proud to be one of two pro-claw clinics in the Columbus area that ethically opposes the declawing of cats. Additionally, we work closely with local nonprofit rescue and animal welfare organizations to improve the lives of all animals within our community.
Our ideal candidate is a self motivated problem solver with excellent communication skills. Our clients are family, so candidates must have outstanding client service skills, a positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond for every client and patient. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking-in clients, managing medical records, discussing financial options, processing payments, patient callbacks and other hospital tasks as needed. The perfect candidate will be detail-oriented and enjoy helping others while working at a fast pace - the ability to multitask and thrive in sporadic chaos will help you master this role! A minimum of 1-2 years of client service experience is preferred, ideally in a veterinary setting or medical front desk environment.
We offer competitive compensation, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, uniform allowance, generous discounts on personal pet care and a fun work environment that nurtures growth & fully utilizes your skills. We are only open Monday through Friday, so weekends will be all yours! If you are passionate about not only client care, but teamwork and nurturing the human-animal bond - you just may be the person we’re searching for!
To be considered, please submit a resume & cover letter (ATTN: Hayleigh).
