Heads Heating & Air is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Near Theodore, AL

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties - Coordinate office events and assist with event planning tasks - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks - Strong typing skills with high accuracy - Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems - Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus - Ability to operate phone systems and handle multiple calls simultaneously We offer competitive pay based on experience.
