Description

Customer Care Representative Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Care Representative Team Lead to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the contact point for all Customer Care team members, fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring seamless communication, and acting proactively to ensure smooth team operations.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answering the phone and providing the customer with support.
  • Logging sales deals on books and excel
  • Providing copies for staff
  • Taking payments and collecting receipts for deals (Cash, Card, Check, Cashier Checks)
  • Processing UTA checks
  • Giving new car packages for new car deals to salesmen
  • Giving out demo tags for test drives
  • Logging new car packages when received
  • Stocking in trade in keys
  • Cleaning sold vehicles key tracks
  • Completing temp tags
  • Log tags and call customers for their tag/registration
  • Verifying car insurance on logged deals
  • Printing policies on new cars
  • Assist with scanning paperwork

Essential Team Lead Tasks

  • Making and updating schedule for team
  • Secure coverage for shifts when team members call out
  • Ensuring Team members know the importance of answering all calls
  • Discover training needs and provide continuous ongoing training
  • Assist with interviewing new potential candidates
  • Perform associate evaluations
  • Maintaining and improving our associate quality of customer service
  • Leadership to team members
  • Verify associates have individual logins for all applications

Qualifications


  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
  • Must be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Adhere to the company's dress code policy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail with commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize workload on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Good work ethics
